FIELD TRIP FAQS
Do you have availability for our group on a specific day? We have limited availability, so we do recommend booking as soon as possible. Once capacity is reached the calendar date will be unavailable for booking and we will not be taking any more reservations for that date, no exceptions
Can I get a quote/invoice? We do not send out individualized quotes or invoices. The cart checkout page will have your total that you can print out and use as your estimate. All zoo tickets are tax free. Field trips must be paid for in full online in advance to guarantee entry.
Can students and parents use their Zoo membership for our field trip? Yes, members are encouraged to use their memberships.
Can I add an educational program to my field trip? Multiple educational programs are available for various ages and grade levels. Programs must be booked in advance and will be a separate charge. Can we bring our own lunches/coolers? Yes, schools can bring sack lunches, but the zoo does not offer a place to store items. Take-out/delivery options are not allowed. Picnic areas are available first come, first served. No outside food may be eaten inside Cat House Cafe.
Where do buses park? Buses will park for free on North Parkway, and bus drivers will enter through a separate entrance. Download a bus map HERE.
